How fast does your TSH, T3 and T4 change in a day

I normally have blood drawn around 11am and I went this week around 3pm...could my tsh gone from 1.0 or 2.0 all the way to 4.4 in that 4 hour time span? Trying to figure out if I need an increase of meds or if time of day may have played a part in my results.

Any ideas?

Hi! How long ago did you have labs? I thought I read that tsh is higher in the early morning?? I had my tsh go from around 3 something to almost 7 in in a month. I was over medicated on tapazole, an anti thyroid med.
