I made this so people can post ways that you can get rid of acne.
Some people say water helps.Is this true?

vitamin B-5 (pantothenic acid) lots of it, you an research this online.
spironolactone - has to be prescribed by dr. - works very well for women.
flax seed oil, pumpkin seed oil, evening primrose oil all balance hormones.
spearmint tea cuts down oil production, I drink it with green tea (at Kroger).
tea tree oil products help some people.
birth control, yasmin has spironolactone in it.
vitamin A, use the water soluble kind called ellemae (i think).
There are good books out there on ****** to learn remedies.
