spiro for rosacea?

I have been recently diagnosed with Rosacea, I started breaking out when I was 18, Im now 21, I have redness around my nose and cheeks. I break out with pustules and small red bumps that are not filled with puss and cannot be popped. The last 2 derms I went to were treating me for acne and Im afraid they have made it worse, all the benazyol peroxide (duac and benicin) made my face angry red. I have also tried retin A, retin A miro, differin, and clinagel, with no success. Also minocyclin and doxycyclin, (the antibiotics work but give me permanent yeast infections so I choose not to use them). This new derm wants me off the topicals and on spiro. Now I have been on Yasmin for about 6 months and it has cleared my pustules, right now I really want these little bump things gone. Is spiro known to help Rosacea? specifically the little bumps?

if anyone who has successfully contolled their rosacea can offer advice
this is my current regimine
morning
wash w/kiss my face citrus cleanser(very gentle)
apply 20% zinc oxide sunblock

Night
wash w/same cleanser as above
use Finacea gel
moisturize w/kiss my face peaches and cream moisturizer

Im on Yasmin and will start 100mg of spiro tomorrow.
