Rheumatoid Arthritis

Does Cozaar, (an ARB,) cause RA? I am 64 years old. Never had RA until I started Cozaar, less than two years ago.

Re: Rheumatoid Arthritis

RA is an inherited disease, so it's not really 'caused' by anything.

Do you think you might have been misdiagnosed? I've heard lots of medications can cause arthritis-like symptoms. I don't know about Cozaar - ask your pharmacist if it's a side effect. It would be great if you were misdiagnosed, you could just switch meds and be 'cured'!

Good luck . . .

Re: lab test for RA

the >or < stand for greater than or lesser than.
<= lesser than
>= greater than
