Injured leg pain and lump

I injured the front top of right leg. It is painful mostly when sitting and sometimes hurts when standing. There is a lump under skin. Doctor has me on antibiotics but they are not working. Aspirin and vicodin do help somewhat. Any ideas of what this might be?

I am guessing if your doctor has you on antibiotics, you cut your leg? You can expect some swelling for a while until the cut and/or bruising heals.

If you are worried about it, call your doctor and ask them what they think it is and what to do about it.
