Did the cold come with the drugs or after the by pass? did you find the the medication caused the coldness to worsen? Have your doctors tried different drugs to see if they can rid you of it?
This is going to sound odd, but have your tried accupuncture? I have bad nerve connectivity from two back surgeries, on the advice of my doctor, I went to an accupuncturist. I used her for a year. It made alot of difference in helping the nerves in my leg. The practice of accupuncture has been around for centuries, it might be worth trying. Find one who is trained in the tradition chines method, explain what is wrong and let them try. You never know what they can accomplish. You've tried everything else. If you want to try a mainstream doctor, I would suggest a homeopathic doctor...they work with your body and medical reasons......
