Oh! I just started taking Mobic four or five days ago and I haven't seen much difference. Does it take a while to kick in? If you don't mind telling me, what dose are you taking? I'm taking 7.5mg/once a day.

Thanks again.

Re: Anti-inflammatory meds

I am taking 15 mg a day. the first week, I felt a little puffy in the mornings.....but now i'm fine....it had helped me so much. I pulled some ligaments and tendons in my breast area (breast bone) and thought it was pulled muscles and didn't go to doc for 4 months. He xrayed it and said I had pulled and that the bone is slightly off. but it wouldnt get worse...this mobic works!!!! I am going to start taking 7.5 mg once a day now...after 2 weeks or as needed

Re: Anti-inflammatory meds

Thanks for the info, flintrock. I can only imagine the pain you've been in. I've pulled muscles, etc., in my chest and in my shoulder blade area, and the pain was worse than when I broke three ribs... took a lot longer to heal, too.

Feel better soon!
