Im at a loss

I have been reading on and off here to see if anyone else has these problems.

I all started back on 2000-01. I was sitting on the couch and starting having dizziness, I would close my eyes and the room felt like it was spinning. Went to doc and diagnosed a possible inner ear virus. Doc gave me some meclizine said give it a couple weeks and get back to me.

Shortly after the spinning didn't stop, in fact it got worse, almost 24/7. Was referred to ENT#1 and they had a flurry of tests (Brain MRI, ENG, audiogram) which all were normal. Then the spinning got better after ENT#1 put me on Diazide. I felt somewhat better for 6-9 months.

After the dizziness started returning I was referred to a Neuro. The Neurologist amazing noticed in the office how tired I looked. Long story short, sleep Apnea and now on CPAP. There is another problem I had developed as well while seeing Neuro, I started having electrical shock feelings and tingling on the top of my skull. If I change shampoos it burns to the point of getting a headache but I never get headaches. The tingling has been 24/7 for the last 5 years and nobody can put a finger on it. I have seen two dermatologists and one thinks its Paresthesia and the other possible inflammation of my nerves.

I have hade two ENT's and have added more inner ear tests, neck MRI's and another brain MRI and everything is normal, so am now seeing a specialist who is currently treating me for "Migraine induced vertigo" and started me on Topamax 25. My Neuro agrees on the findings of my specialist but this medicine is not working.

Today, I have vertigo, heavy tingling on the top of my head along with pressure on the top of my head that feels like its causing the vertigo and fatigue. Is anyone else running these same symptoms together? It is now altering my life style.
