Worried - maybe losing insurance coverage for drugs

I have reduced my needs for name-brand meds down to two. Diovan, and Lantus.

Some of you folks who have been insulin-dependent for a long time may have an answer for this....

What is the roughly-equivalent therapeutic dosing for 30 units of Lantus once daily if done in say, 4 injections of Novolin R ?
