Sinus trick

Thought I'd share this with everyone. This remedy provides immediate relief and a sense of serenity for those battling congestion and sinus related issues.

Mix green/lime/whitesage mint teas together for about 4 minutes in hot water. After steeping, shake three shakes of cayenne pepper to the tea drink for an honestly great concoction that not only opens your sinuses, relaxes your mind and body, thins mucous throughout entire body, provides great relief for dry and irritated sinuses, and makes you feel tremendous. This never has failed me, and always feel refreshed afterwards. Instant mood lifter and relaxer as well

Also drinking warm water throughout the day really keeps your sinuses moist and hydrated and naturally drained. I'm sure there's hot water at work..you know, next to the coffee. It's amazing what natural relief can bring.

**Also, don't add sugar or honey to the teas. It will only aggravate your sinus membranes. Get yourself some cayenne pepper
