erectile dysfunction

i am a 52 year old male that has had erectile dysfunction for the past 3 1/2 years . Earlier this year I found out from my endocrinologist that I have hypopituitarism. This is when you lack one or more of the six hormones that the pituitary produces. And over this past 3 1/2 year the viagra seem to not be working as well as it once had. Was just wondering if anyone may have this problem with viagra .

Hypopituitary means you are missing most of the hormones that come from the pituitary, there are 7, not just one. I am hypopituitary for 5 of the 7.

So what hormones are you missing? If that list includes LH then your body isn't making testosterone properly and viagra can't work. If we are talking thyroid, then again viagra can't fix that. Did you tell your endo about the problem? What does he intend to do about it?

He has me on unithroid, prednisone, and testosterone gel .
