I am gonna be 17, and my heart would beat really fast up to 177, and I seen many doctors and none of them ever tried to presrcibe benzodiazepine's! only SSRI... Zoloft, and Zoloft is only SSRI of its kind, cause it's chemically unrelated to other SSRI's!
Just dont worry that the ground is going high and low, its probably an ear infection! It took mine 2 months to go away, it would come back and go away!
Ask your doctor about Flonase, thats how I got mine treated!
My sinus didnt get better, and it blocked the fulid in my ears to drain from my nose, so it made an infection!

Well, the suggestion for valium is two fold I think-
A) Believe it or not, valium can do wonders for inner ear problems- I know from experience. I had inner ear problems and anxiety that resulted from it. Not anxious all the time, but "dizzy" ALL the time. So, it was just not anxiety, and the valium worked great.
B) We all know its track record (for most people, anyway) when it comes to stopping anxiety.
C) SOME not ALL people get dependent on it (valium). ITs not an everyday for 7 years drug. As a matter of fact, SSRI drugs are not supposed to be either- but who forgot to mention that to the doctors?
If your heart was beating at 177, IMHO, your stress level was so high you needed valium of ativan. What is it with these stupid doctors and benzo medications?! Do they get a charge out of seeing people suffer? If it works- USE IT for heavens sake! Sure a pulse rate of 177 is not harmful, it can beat like that for literally weeks at a time. BUt if all that is causing it is stress and anxiety- its BS that you werent given something to calm you down.
and
Hunter, hang in there....You arent alone with this crap- I hope you get control of it before you get older. Seeing a counselor NOW is a small investment you can make in yourself that will literally impact the rest of your life.
