i used to drink every day that was kinda the lifestyle in the service for 10 years you do a lot of drinkin well i got out and didnt miss a day without drinking at least 6-8 bears during the week a night and at least 12pack during the weekend a day for 13years.i know its not much compared to others but i think that is a problem so i woke up one day and quit. no withdrawl and never crave and cant stand the taste i dont know how i did it but if i did that i know i can do this.

hello sand

I have some questions for you brother.

What were you taking, how often and for how long this time around. I will not bull**** you and I read your posts. If today is the 1st or 2nd day with nothing you are not over any hump no matter the tapering program. tapering in a few days does not stop w/d if you have been using for a good long period. I want to hear the above questions answered and i can give you a better idea on what you face. It is pure specualtion right now but after all the mess I have been in and still go thru I doubt you are gonna be done with w/d in 1 or 2 days.

More like wishful thinking sand. I wish you all the luck in the world because withdrawal is a SOB when you are up against it.

Post again if you are still up because I will be around for a while...
