Post anybody else feel the same yet

i feel very good i had sex tonight for the first time in a while that was a major accomplishment lololol. and dont laugh but my bowels are finally waking up and doing what they are supposed to . had a good steak dinner tonight just cant sleep. i took my last 4 year old restoril its probably for the better dont need to get hooked on that . the OTC tylenol sleep doesnt work any suggestions??? i dont know why i am complaining about not sleeping that is the reason i liked vicodin so much cause it made me hiper, and up all night or just go on 2-3 hours a day. hope this will correct itself in time.

..what is S E X ??????? Haven't had that in a LONG TIME!!! It's not me either...hubby is always too tired or has a headache because he works 5 million hours a day. I thought the woman was supposed to be the one with headaches?????? Oh well, I've been this long w/out it, guess i'll just continue on....
Way to go...sleep will come in time...your body WILL catch a few zzzzz's here and a few there when it needs it. Did you ever try sleeptime tea or tension tamer tea???? I know it sounds dorky, but it really works...its worth a shot. Have a good day

Have you tried Melatonin. It's a supplement that has been found to help greatly with sleep and jet lag. I used it and it did make me very sleepy that’s for sure. It also provides or I had much more vivid dreams at night LOL (no not sexual type LOL)

You can get Melatonin at Sams or Wal-Mart or most places. May be worth a try. The key is to take it about 30 mins prior to going to bed or sleeping.

Good luck

Well, day 4 and I think I am starting to feel a little more like a human than a walking zombie!!!! I actually slept for a 3 hr stint last night Not anywhere near 100% yet (maybe more like 50% but one moment at a time!! I know I feel much better being up and around as opposed to laying in bed flopping aroung not sleeping. I think I dislike the restless legs and arms the most..and the sinus drainage in the beginning. I guess I could ramble on but..I won't.
