Molluscum Contaigism

i am 20 years old and have a couple questions about molluscum. ive had it for at least 7-8 months now on my lower abdomen pubic area and penis. and have been treating it for just over 4 months with aldara, ive had a lot of them frozen off plus i just recently started using comfrey plus ive been popping vitamins and herbs like pau d'arco like crazy. right now as far as i know i havnt had any new spots for about 3 weeks. my questions are: if i get rid of this crap will it recur down the road? im not talking like a couple of weeks i mean like months are years down the road? also if i get spots on my balls, how the hell can you tell the difference between molluscum and a hair follicle on my nuts? and lastly does that phillips molluscum machine really work or is it a bunch of crap? thanks for your time.
