Eye Cream are a temp solution.

If you smoke/smoked, not much that can be done.

Vitamin E and the Omeaga fish oils taken will help.
Now here is the but...>>>>>>>>&g t;....they are blood thinners. Tell your DR you are taking them. If you are on a blood thinner before you take them tell your DR.

It's true that most cosmetic eye creams don't live up to their claims, but prescription retin-A or Renova has been proven to reduce wrinkles and improve skin firmness. Most insurance companies won't cover them but they really aren't any more expensive than some of the high dollar cosmetic creams you can buy (I want to say it's about $60 for a 3 month supply, but I'm not positive). I used to use retin-A but I have really sensitive skin and it made me peel too much. But I've heard they really work for some people. Good luck if you decide to try it!

Use a good hydrating moisturizer all over, creams aimed at just the eyes are a gimmick, us baby boomers are not aging well mentally so they know how to hit us in the ego and pocket, gullible is our generation. The skin around your eyes is slightly thinner but it is still the same skin as your chin or cheeks. Drink lots of water keep moisturizers at hand and it may delay the inevitable wrinkles.
