You're welcome. Its amazing how much difference it makes, when I was young they advised me to buy a waterbed because regular mattress's hold so much dust. I guess when you think about how many hours your face is on that pillow, though. Glad youre feeling better. Happy Holidays.

I know how you feel! That is so true. My allergies have NEVER bothered me before but the last few weeks they really have, and I have lost A LOT of sleep. My eyes are bloodshot and I've always had dark circles but now they're getting worse. One early morning I was soundly asleep then all of a sudden bolted upright and nearly choked gasping for air. I figured out I'm allergic to aloe but I'm still waiting to get totally better. I'll be fine one minute and a little bit later it will start to get worse. I'm sick of it too. I think if it doesn't clear up by the beginning of next week then I am going to an allergist. You might want to try that, also try some Claritin. Or Benadryl...it works really good, but it makes you VERY drowsy! Getting an air cleaner can help too. But it sounds like you're having a pretty bothersome reaction, you might try seeing an allergist, maybe they'll find something through testing and that might give you some relief. Good luck!

What you describe sounds like both herpes and mononucleosis. Both can trigger chronic fatigue syndrome where the bod mistakenly interprets regular stuff (aka anything you eat or breathe) as an invader. Most doctors are too damn dumb to recognize this!! Acyclovir may help. Also Atarax (an immune system suppresor of sorts).
