Question the Patch?

I just recently went on the patch and was wondering how effective people found it. I was on ortho-novum for 6 years, but I'm terrible at remembering to take the pill every night, so I decided to try the patch. (next is a little tmi) My periods are heavier and a little more painful (the reason I'm on bc is because of possible endo)...but I can handle that...I would like to know how effective it is preventing pregnancy, coming from a real person, not the pharmaceutical company. Thanks in advance to anyone who responds!

Re: the Patch?

It has the same failure rate as the pill does.

Agreed. I was on the patch for several months, and conceived the month I stopped using.
