I just want to suggest to you that you may have Restless Leg Syndrome!!
Also people who do extra exercise that involves your legs, usually STRETCH
those muscles past their limit. So when you lay down your calf muscles
try to relax while your sleeping. But when you move your legs they start
to contract. That is their way of telling you they are not ready for more
strain on them. Try one day of not skateboarding, running, walking long
distance's ,anything that causes leg strain. Also eating a banana or
eating some peanut butter before bed helps keep your nighttime
potassium levels up.If that doesn't work try going to the Restless
Leg Syndrome Board. Some things there may sound familiar.
Hope this is of some help
