best supplement for healthy lungs?

hi i was just wondering if anyone has experience with any kind of "healthy lung" supplements? just wondering, cause i'm a social smoker (not tobacco) and recently i've been having chest pains, but not like my heart, so i'm worried about my lungs. i'm only 15, i don't wanna die. i'm trying to quit smoking (7 days sober), but i will likely still use a vaporizer instead (i ALWAYS relapse...)

(btw i'm taking lexapro, levlite, and trazodone daily, so i can't have anything that contains maoi's.)

i'd be *very* grateful if someone could recommend a product to clear all the nasty tar out of my lungs...

Oh, please, quit smoking! You are SO young. It is so vital that you quit now because your lungs are still developing. I was told that you are around 20 when your lungs reach their full capacity. I'm the mother of a 18 and 13 year old, so you probably won't listen to me. I think my kids do because I preach to them so much! LOL! My dad died at 49 of emphysema and heart related conditions because of his emphysema. He was on oxygen towards the end of his life. I remember him looking up at me with this helpless look, and saying "If I could only get one good breath!" Smoking is SO NOT WORTH IT.
Aside from that: Take a GOOD multivitamin, lots of Vitamin C (up to 10,000 mg. a day if you feel a cold coming on), magnesium (500 mg.) and lots of green vegetables and fruit. Lots of water, too. Get exercise, move and cause your lungs to work out, jogging, etc. But, please, quit smoking. I wish you could have a picture of my dad bedridden and gasping for air. You have your whole life a head of you; God has given you a good body, don't destroy it by putting bad stuff in it!

Aside from the lung issue, have you looked into the risk of using the medications along with casual "non-tobacco" smoking? Really, really bad idea...check it out. M
