Re: "Everyday"

G, I made it through the night. Unbelievable pain in my legs last night – had to wrap a heating pad around them – that caused me to start sweating. I slept only on & off total of 3 hrs. – talk about the walking dead. I have to get motivate today! I know I am supposed to hang on the couch. I just can’t do that. I have always been pretty active person. I just don’t want to sit around dwelling on this feeling. Today is the first of not having any at all! wish me luck ! Thanks for being here for me-

Re: "Everyday"

T, no, get up and get moving, if you can. Sorry I am so late getting on this morning, but I had the mother of all migraines last night, and didn't pass out until 7:00 am. Don't dwell on the task at hand, stay active, stay hydrated and these two days will pass quickly. The leg part is a *****, but it is no worse than the feeling you get after working out for the first time in a while. Let me know how you are doing. G

Re: "Everyday"

Just did my second shot of Imitrex, headache gone finally, and back is good. The sweating isn't fun. Just take plenty of showers. I think the sun will break out shortly, hang in there. G

ps: Don't forget about the Capilene. I soaked through cotton shirts like crazy into I wised up and got my sailing duffle out.
