People have been saying this helps with acne.

If so ***** 1, i was at the store the other day and there is like 5 different kinds, if someone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

Go by your skin type,if you have oily skin try the one for oily hair etc etc personally i use the original one for my back

Would Nizoral AD have the same effect as head and shoulders?

I have heard the original one is best to use.
