Smile Day #11 of Zantrex

Wow!!!!! I don't know if it's the pills or the low carbs but I weighed this morning and I lost a total of 9 lbs. I haven't felt sick or dizzy, but sometimes I do feel a little sluggish. It seems like sometimes the pills give you energy and other times it just makes you feel blah!!! I wonder if it changes with the kind of food you eat? What do you all think? I see you all are doing well also. I think that something is working for us, it could even be a change of attitude. I know mine has changed, now that my jeans are fitting so much better. They aren't so tight that I can't hardly sit in them. Yea!!!!!!!!!!!! Well girls keep me informed on how your doing, I probably won't check back in till after the week-end. My daughter has a softball tournement Sat. and I will mow all day Sun., at least I'll be keeping busy. That really seems to help alot. I'm headed to take my baskets to the Arts & Antique Market. (I make baskets) I've made around 26 this time so I hope they sell, sell, sell!!!!! WELL.....You all have a nice and safe weekend and remember you are worth every effort that you give to make you feel good about yourself!!!!! Crystie

Thumbs up

Way To Go !!!!!

I think maybe it has to do with the pills getting into my system, and that may be why I have felt the way I have...Well anyhoot some weight is gone from my body..

Good luck selling your baskets...

I think that sometimes feeling sluggish may have something to do with the pill "wearing off". You get such energy from that amount of caffeine and then after the energy burst..you start to slow down. Kinda like the carb addiction thing; you feel you need more carbs to "perk up" once they start wearing down. For those getting headaches....that could be from the caffeine also; especially if your not used to so much. And last, but certainly not least, dehydration can cause horrible headaches so be sure to suck down that water!!

Crystie: glad to hear your doing so well. I'm only on day 4 and I'm hoping to see results like yours! It's currently "that time of the month" so it's hard to tell right now; but the scale says I'm down 3 pounds. Since it's heading down instead of up--I'm rooting for the scale!!! LOL

Awesome! I'm on day 5 today...I'm going to weigh myself in 2 days I think to see what my progress is like. I hope as good as yours. I'd be happy to lose 3 lbs a week.
