My spot's about 2.5 mm and was really more of a dark purple/pink, but today it is more of a regular pink color. It is very, very slightly raised and very round, not oval, odd-shaped or anything. It almost looks like it came from a pore or something. And when I press on it, it goes flat and the color fades out of it. Same thing happens when I stretch it.
Even if it's the aggressive kind of BCC, and it's been there for 10 months, do you think I will lose my whole nose over something that is only 2.5 mm? It's so small. I would just die if I lost my nose over something that tiny. Do they tend to grow sort of downward or anything? Like I said, mine is at the top, kind of the tip-top of the round part of your nose (since I have a very round nose) and to the right of the cartilage that forms part of the bridge area.
Sound strange? It has never bled once - even though I've been picking the heck out of it!
It doesn't resemble the morpheaform ones I've seen at all. I just read on one site that they very much resemble scars, or they also tend to grow out of the scar of an old BCC. Maybe that is what happened to you, Motherchuck.
