Question a few questions for you

Hi there. I'm five foot 6 and currently wiegh 204 pounds. All the weight seems to be in my hips and tummy, nyeh. but anyway, I have a few questions for those of you who have lost wieght, and if you could possibly answer any of these, I would be very thankful.

You see, this summer I decided to cut some calories and walk every evening, and I managed to lose nearly 20 pounds in about 3 months. thankfully I have kept it all off! But, I can't seem to lose more and I guess I'm sort of stuck. I'm thinking about joining weight watchers, but since I generally eat healthier now, is it right for me?

I have a few other questions... about after I've lost more wieght. I've heard that my shoe size could go down with my wieght. Does anyone know if there is any truth behind this? I have wide feet, so I'm wondering if they'd get a bit thinner.

My chest isn't exactly small, and is it going to go through some damage if I lose more wieght? I hate to ask but I'm a bit worried about that, too. Not just of the size, but could my chest get saggy if I lose wieght?

Thank you to anyone who can help me!

Re: a few questions for you

If you don't mind me asking, what kinds of foods are in your diet? Do you exercise or weight train? These are some of the factors that could be stalling your weight loss. As far as your feet, my feet have lost weight but I still have 85 more lbs to loose. My breast are already a littlt saggy from breast feeding and being so large and seems to me that they keep going south..lol but there are exercises you can do for your chest. Push ups are good for the arms and the chest. They are very hard for me to do but they say it will get easier. I hope this helps .

Re: a few questions for you

Oh, thank you. I haven't tried push-ups since I was 20 pounds heavier... heheh. But maybe they'll be a little easier now. A very little bit easier :P

What am I eating now? I mainly eat low-calorie foods (I haven't eaten at McDonalds since August!!) For breakfast I'll have a 200 calorie energy drink sometimes, or at other times I have things like cream of wheat.

At lunch I normally have a sandwich on brown bread made with low-fat chicken loaf or sometimes soup. I eat my lunch at school, and I refuse to buy their burgers or fries so I bring my own lunch.

I don't eat processed meat, and I try to avoid pork and beef for reasons unrelated to dieting. So the meat I normally eat is poultry or fish... and I usually eat broccoli and colliflour with low-fat dip when I need a snack.

Re: a few questions for you

if your feet are wide they shouldn't get thinner...wideness usually has to do with your bone structure...you may fit into a smaller shoe size if you lose whatever (probably small) amount of fat you have on your feet
