The sites referenced are excellent resources. ADR is currently FDA approved for only single level fusion below L4 here in the USA. They are doing multi-level ADR in Europe. You may want to gooble for the Alphaklinik (sp?) in Munich, a major ADR provider for more info. Good luck!
