having "classification" hearing w/comp?!

Hi Everyone,

I've received a letter from atty saying they've requested a "classification" hearing with the comp board. I called atty and they said that because I have a perm disability, per several dr's, I need a hearing.

Anyone have this before..what should I expect to happen at this hearing? I have a perm total disibility with regards to past work and a perm high marked disability with regards to all work.

Lawyer doesn't say much...other than I should receive court date in mail.

Really appreciate hearing from anyone who has had this type of hearing...Thanks
