Has anyone...

I took my first dose of Concentrate Trace Mineral Drops today. A dose is 1/4 tsp. I took less then that with OJ. I feel a bit fuzzy. Didn't know if it could be that or just the way I would normally feel today.

I take lots of supplements, just regular doses, but a variety, B complex, garlic, multi, glucosamine, Co-Q10, etc. Over the months, I have added to this; cat's claw, Wobenzym, dandelion root and selenium. I tend to feel fuzzier in the morning and wondered if it could be from these added supplements or not. At first, I thought it was meds, but I don't feel this way when I take my evening meds. I have backed off on all of these, except for the ones I have always taken, until I started the Trace Mineral drops today.

I would be interested to hear if anyone feels it could be added supplements making me fuzzy or fuzzy is just my morning self.

I see lyme nurse practitioner tomorrow. It will be the first time I have met with this person. I am looking forward to hearing another lyme specialist opinion of my treatment.
