Exclamation Vision Problem. NEED HELP!!

This is how my vision problem occured:

I was on vacation when the right side of my frame broke so i went to a local optometrist they had there. he said he would try to find a frame that my lenses could fit into. About 20 minutes later he calls and said he found a frame that the lenses will fit into. i thought it was kind of strange that he was able to find a frame that fast. But anyway we got them and paid for the frame, then i started to notice within an hour that the right lens was making everything look alot bigger. we went back but he didnt know why it was doing that.

So i had to wear them for about 2 and a half weeks. It was very irrataiting because i could'nt judge distances of the size of things with out closing that right eye. And after wearing those glasses made that right eye make everything look big even when i took them off just from wearing them so long like that, it must have got use to it in that short period of time. So after vacation was over, i went to LensCrafters where i always buy my glasses. And nothing changed when i got the new lenses and glasses. So i went to a optometrist in Long Beach (California).

And he gave me a new prescription, and it was stronger then the one i just had made a week ago from lenscrafters. So i got these new lenses...still no change in that right eye. then i went to two Opthamoligest's in Long Beach too. They checked my eyes for Glaucoma and soem other things. And both said your eye's are very healthy and they couldnt find anything wrong with my right eye or anything wrong with my eye's.

But i always knew there was something wrong even know they said its fine. And after that i went to a eye specialist that does eye therapy, ETC. in Bakersfield (CA). She check me for alot but she couldnt find anything. She also said my eyes are very healthy. But she gave me a new prescription THATS BEING SENT TO LENSCRAFTERS STILL. and she said that when the guy in Big Bear put my lenses in a new frame that they could have been off-centered. But then when i got my new glasses at lencrafters, she said that they could have cut the lenses wrong so the middle of the lens isnt centered with my pupil.

But how could they do it two times in a row? Hmmmm. So now im waiting on Lenscrafters to get my lenses that they had to order. And when i get those i'll go back to the eye specialist cause she wants to make sure everything is ok with these new lenses. So thats pretty much it on that part with the docters and everything...and now im going to list the problems im having with my RIGHT eye:

- The eye is making everything look big (the left eye is fine)

-The eye is sensitive to light (especially to sunlight)

-The top of the eye lid feels like its puffy or something..im not quite sure how to put it but it feels like my eye is going to pop out...eh?!!?

- The vision in the eye is slightly worse then the left.

- I have horribal night vision since this all happened.

- I have cant tell the distance of things or how big, small objects are.

- I have light pressure on top of the eye lid and the eyebrow.

- I have alot of floaters in the eye also (I hardly have any in the left)

-I can say for sure if i ever had any flashes of light.. sometimes i think i do but i cant say.

- And i have this problem when i always want to tilt my head and its annoying..i try lifting my head up but it after awhile it goes back down...its weird.

Thats pretty much it. But i do i have one more thing i want to point out. I did crack my head open on the RIGHT side when i was 6, 7, or 8 ( i forgot).. And 911 was called. When they came they checked me over and said it was ok and i just needed stitches. I do have some sharp pain where they stiched it.
I did NOT get a concussion. And then i fell off of a horse while i was at a show and i landed on my head pretty hard but i was wearing a $400 helmet. And i was fine after that happened.

This is why i started to think maybe it had nothing to do with my eye but it did all start when that Optometrist but my lenses in a frame. I'm think maybe it set off a chain of events or something and it might have something to do with my brain.

Oh, i also forgot to mention im 15 years old.

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS COULD MIGHT BE??

Thanks
-Liana C.

Re: Vision Problem. NEED HELP!!

The Research Help board is not for getting solutions from other members. You must do your own research. You can start with the websites in the sticky posts.

I suggest that you get a second opinion from an independent optometrist.
