ok i am willing to agree that this is a silly question and irrelivant to the main purpose of this forum but here i am : i need to do some sort of sport to increase my general health cause i sit to much behind a computer working and it is affecting me in many way (stress , feelling tired... ) si need to break this routine in my life maybe it will sort again so what do you recommend me as a sport (i tried body building but i don't like it ) i need something to feed my physical and spiritual need so any hint i will be thankfull ( info: 26 male )
