i had a second chance .

well since i was a child i had some eating disorder , i always loved to play instead of eating , my mother used to force me to eat , then later when i was 13 my mother died (RIP) so the eat disorder continued severely , and it continued more and more where i started to smoke two packette per day , drink to much coffe and stay awake till the morning , sleep 4 hours ,and had a big sex drive so either masterbated or have sex a lot , those days i rarely ate , i was killing myself this way , my lifestyle continued that way till 26 then my health decreased , i was thin and i felt tired , ill , i had many panic attact from cafeine/nicotine lack of sleep , i started to shake like a paper , i was fragile, every part of my body felt ill , it was like i aged rapidely and i was only 26 i felt that there is no return to me , it is too late , i was so dumb so loose the gift of life for nothing for being spoiled , too lazy to eat or whatever .
i stoped smoking , coffe , masturbating/sex and i started to eat , to eat like an elephant , i gained many kilo now , my health increased i am feeling normal again ,i stoped shaking , i am stronger now thanks god , i think clearer , my erection is stronger (like i was 14 years old) i was dying i guess then , i was fool , i didn't understand the power of food or i thought i was superman , thanks god i had a second chance .
what i fool was i , i am well now but i am afraid that by time i will return to my previous stage any tips guys to maintain in this level , food tips , how many times should i eat , some technique please to always have a good apetite to eat , do i take vitamine ? and what ? what do u recommend me to eat to gain more weight ?

Have you thought about seeing a dietition. They can help you with all your questions.

Or your doctor can give you professional advice

Thats a terrible story honey - Thank goodness you do have a second chance.
My Mum was like that and she died young from lung cancer
This is my advice:
- eat 3 nutritious meals a day, based on grains (preferably wholegrains), fruits/vegetables, nuts, beans, low fat/fat free dairy/soy, oily fish and good oils (olive oil is a good choice)
- snack on nuts, fresh fruit, dried fruit, raw veggies, rice cakes and yoghurt during the day
- Make sure you include lots of greens in your diet like broccoli - they are potent disease fighters/preventers
- Learn to cook
- Learn to love yourself and see yourself as worthy of nourishment and care

This is what I would ideally eat in a day:
Breakfast:
- oats w/ berries & skim milk
- oatmeal w/ walnuts & honey
- wholemeal toast w/ natural peanut butter
- smoothie made w/ skim milk & frozen berries & banana.
Lunch:
wholemeal roll w/ salad vegies (lettuce, tomato, carrot, cucumber, beetroot) + either (or all of the following)
- tuna
- salmon
- low fat cheese
- avocado
or
- falafel pita wrap
- chickpea/bean salad
- vegie burger
Dinner:
- dhal w/ basmati rice & salad
- butterbean soup w/ wholemeal bread & salad
- chickpea curry w/ basmati rice & salad
- spaghetti w/ homemade sauce & salad
- grilled salmon & mashed potatoes
- salad w/ mesclun leaves, cherry tomatoes, capsicum, salmon, cannelini beans, olive oil
- stirfried green veggies in sesame oil, soy sauce & garlic w/ jasmine rice
Snacks are yoghurt, almonds, fresh fruit and dried fruit.
Let yourself eat SOME junkfood moderately. A little of what is bad for us can also be good
