Major skin breakout in the second trimester

Hello:

I am 15 weeks and today I woke up with the major rash around the mouth area: puffiness, redness, blisters around and on the mouth, cracked mouth corners, pimples, itchiness. I wonder if it is related to pregnancy or the food i consumed last night (i did indulge in chocolate icecream and sourcreut). Please advise.

I have never heard of that much of a breakout problem especially overnight associate with a pregnancy. I could be wrong, but it sounds more like you had an allergic reaction to something.

Yes, that is either an allergic reaction or some virus you have picked up. I would get to the doctors.
