Multi-Vitamin HELP!!!

Okay, so i have autoimmune disease, so I'm trying to find a multi vitamin which is made from whole foods, because I hear that's really good. But when I look at say, Garden of Life, they they have some stuff in there I'm allergic to. Like kidney beans or whatever.

So what's good to take, I need something that's going to absorb well but I'm sooooooo confused as to which brand is the one to take. I also can't have gluten, eggs, soy, wheat, the usual allergic type foods.

I'm stumped.

thanks guys

Re: Multi-Vitamin HELP!!!

Rainbow makes one specifically for men Rainbow whole food vitamin for men. You can research and look at the ingredients but I doubt it contains the things you mention.

Re: Multi-Vitamin HELP!!!

Alive does have Alfalfa, Wheat and Barley grasses so that could be a problem for you..The best for autoimmune diseases is not so much a Multivitamin supplement but certain anti-inflammatory compounds..

Like Fish or Flax oils 2 to 1 over Evening Primrose oil, Ginger, Tumeric (curry), Quercetin with Bromelain enzyme are a few.

Anti-inflammatory diet is Salmon,Chicken/Turkey breast, egg whites etc..and lots of Green vegetables (Garden salads with Oilive oil) Broccolli, Spinach, Onions, Cucumbers, Avacados, Tomatoes ect..No Transfats and little or no Grains...Anyway there's a few pointers on this question...
