Looking at my MRI, what am I looking at? what am I looking for?

Anyone know a websight that has MRI photos that not only describe what this and that is, but point it out to us common folk so we know what the heck we are looking at?

I have digital copys of my MRI, but I have no idea what I'm looking at.
