Starting on Sunday, I started really counting my calories. I had been working out, and I thought watching what I eat...for about 4 weeks, and I was frustrated that I hadn't lost a single thing. So...starting last Sunday I have been preplanning my meals ranging from 1500-1600 calories. Sense then though, I have been having troubles with my appitite and feeling kind of sick.
My exercise routine has not changed too much (maybe a little more...I exercise for about an hour and a half, 5 days a week). I have been really sticking to my plan. Part of my problem before (and i know that this isn't good), is I really didn't eat too much for breakfast and lunch, and had a big dinner (breakfast used to have a small bowl of cereal, lunch: sandwhich or half a progresso soup, and dinner somthing bigger...no snacks). I really have no idea how much I had been eating, but it couldn't be any less than 1400...or could have been much more.
Now, I am spacing my meals (just like I learned on here). Sense I started that, I have been feeling almost constantly sick when it came close to times that I would eat. I have been eating, but it has been difficult. Kind of forcing things down. My stomach is also pretty upset, and my head hurts...actually, the only time I feel like I used to is while and after I exercise (which isn't until evening).
Is the new eating routine doing this to me? I would think that I am getting sick, but has hung on now for a few days, and it isn't getting and better or worse.
One thing I did notice is I actually lost two pounds already sense I weighed last Thursday! That is the first time! whohooo!
Here is what I am eating today...
Breakfast: 3/4 cup of Life Cereal (was going to have an orange with it, but was full and not feeling well)
Snack: apple (had that)
Lunch: Slimfast shake and an open ham and cheese sandwhich (low fat low sodium chees)
Snack: mixed nuts (after workout...protein)
Supper: Cajun chicken and mashed potatoe, and a side salad.
Snack: Teddy grahams (hehe...I sneak some of these a couple times a week for a snack)
Thanks for any help!
