Re: need some recommendations for drye hair

You can try a natural shampoo. I get mine from a health store. My hair is smooth and shiny. Doesn't really matter what brand you try although some may be really hard to lather up.

Go to your hair stylists or barber and ask them to recommend something.

how do i know when a shampoo has real natural ingredients because most of the retail stuff say natural yet contain a bunch of bad stuff.

Re: need some recommendations for dry hair

apparently we don't actually need shampoo at all. if you leave your hair for a couple of weeks and maybe just rinse it in the shower every day all the natural oils will be restored. i know people who never use shampoo and their hair is fabulous - glossy and healthy - not greasy. while you're 'withdrawing' from the shampoo your hair might be a bit greasy because the oils are readjusting but after a couple of weeks it should be ok.

just a thought.... if you don't like that idea look for shampoos without sodium laurel sulfate or whatever it is. or make your own shampoo. there are recipes on the internet.
