Too many things happening

Funnily enough, I wasn't feeling to much of the aches and pains but it's gotten cool and damp here. We're in autumn here in Australia and the rains are coming. But I have suddenly gotten achey all over. I've had a shoulder pain (mostly mild) for awhile from an injury ages ago. I've been really good about not aggravating it. But the weather has another idea and it's been really hurting the last few days. Normally this does affect me but not until we get into winter. I've been using tiger balm on the shoulder but may have to start using something else for the other aches.

My pulse and temperatures have been running even lower than normal lately too. So on top of all the aches, I am also feeling really cold, even shortly after exercise. My thyroid was low in January so I wonder if it's worse now. My doctor didn't want to treat because I was dx'd with type 2 diabetes the same time and she had some reasons. I'm going to be retested in a few weeks if I can stick it out.

Lastly, I've discovered a really strange patch of skin around my ankle. It's sort of hard and dry and half looking cracked...I can't get a good look at it. I think it's been there awhile but I haven't ever looked properly as I thought it was just dry skin. Doesn't hurt but now it's bugging me it's there.
