I was reading about the detox systems that "clean out your insides of parasites, old stool, etc" andt i found while searching

I put a * next to what I'm experiencing. I don't want to do a detox involving any liquid drinks. I found a week one called Whole Body Cleanse that seems to just be pills. I dont know whats bogus information out there. It seems logical that if you're experiencing certain digestion issues, a good cleaning couldnt hurt. It seems like I have gas all the time no matter what I eat. To the point where I had to avoid having anything important going on before 11am because I am so gassy in the morning (even if I didnt eat anything real funky to make me like that [ie. carbs, beans, etc]) Any ideas on if this is a good idea or not for me?
