Why does this happen when laying in the sun?

I have been laying out in the sun for 15-20 min at a time 3 times today. I have noticed that below my throat are a bunch of skin colored bumps. You can see them unless you look at them in the right light. It doesn't hurt or itch but when I took a shower and dried off, I felt them. What is this? Like I said, you can't see them if just looking in the mirror, you have to get in the right lighting to see it and they are all over the chest above the breast area. Anyone ever had this happen?
