stress

my bp was high from january till may i was under a lot of stress the doc gave me bp tablets i did not take them things hav settled down now and my bp has dropped to 90 over 63 does anyone know if thats to low

Before answering your question, it would be helpful to know the answers to the following questions:

1. How many readings of high blood pressure did you have before the doc
prescribed mediation?

2. How do you feel now? Great? Lightheaded? Weak? Dizzy?

3. Have you taken NUMEROUS readings with similar results?

4. Are your readings accurate?

The numbers themselves sound good, but like all data, numbers can be skewed depending on the circumstances.

SHARON,

If you feel good with an unmedicated 90/63, then all is well.
If you feel dizzy then increase your salt and liquid intake.
Please don't take any antihypertensive driug with numbers that low.

i had high readings when i was stressed out i had a lot of problems at that time with my family first my grandson getting builed then my daughter seperating from her husband then my son was attacked and was in intensive care we didnt know if he would survive but every thing has settled now at the time all this was happening my reading were going up and down on a daily bases for an example my little dog ran out last night and i had a time of it to catch her when i got her back she was almost on a main road when i got back i checked my blood pressuere and it was 156 over132 with a pulse od 123 so i am telling you this to put you in the picture today my bp is back down i do feel tired a lot but i have been putting this down to all the sleep i lost while i was under stress sorry this is so long and drawn out but i am trying to explain things thank you for answering

i havent taken any bp drugs the doctor gave me because i thought it was all due to stress do you think my readings are to low
