curious

i am using the patch to stop smoking i still have withdrawals is the patch meant to stop withdrawals

I think the patch helps to cope better with withdrawals, I don't think it eliminates withdrawals completely.

I tried quitting 2 years ago cold turkey and I only lasted 6 hours as the urges/withdrawals were too strong.

Whereas this time around, with the help of the patch & gum I have lasted 5 weeks 6 days. I think the patch/gum have helped tremendously, even though I still get withdrawals, they aren't as strong as when I went cold turkey.

thank you i have been getting bad heartburn and i dont know if the patches are causing this i also use the inhaler not much just a few times a dat

Hi

The nicotine gum gives me heartburn if not chewed correctly :-( as I get carried away sometimes and treat it as a normal chewing gum.

Do you find you get the heartburn just after you use your inhaler because that could quite possibly give you heartburn.

yes i have had heartburn after using the inhaler also i have a sore throat with red blotches at the back i dont know if its caused by the inhaler
