ugh i feel so fat

so i have a 4 1/2 year old and i have never gotten all the weight off i put on with her...before i had her i was a slim size 8 weighing in at 135 (im 5ft 5 inches) and then i rocketed up to like 200 lbs...now i weigh 185...
i know we cant put pics up here so you cant understand what im talking bout
but i carry my extra weight well...it is mostly in my chest...(i wear a 38 ddd) actually the said i was an H but i fit in a ddd just fine...so anyway then i also have that pouch of skin in my stomach area and im starting to feel like ill never lose that part of my stomach...im not sure what to do to lose weight...i have nice legs...and my arms arent too bad but its just my middle part...stomach and chest that makes me look big and when i sit down...I LOOK TEN TIMES WORSE...I LOOK LIKE A TOTALLY DIF. PERSON
so i try to exercise a bit each day...but im talking LITTLE bit and i try not to overeat...can someone give me some tips on what to do...is it possible to lose the extra stomach after having a child????

First of all, good for you for wanting to take the steps to a healthier lifestyle and getting back to your "ideal" weight.

My son is 5 years old and I've been working out and eating pretty well since he was 8 mths or so and I still have a not-so-desirable stomach. It has definitely gotten better over the years, but not what I want. I find that when my diet is clean, I feel better about my stomach.

As for what you can do to get started - move!! Anyway, anywhere you can. I just responded in another thread about the Body For Life program. You might want to look in to that. It is really good for beginners.
