anyone know anything about Flexible Blue thru Blue Cross?

Our employer is telling us they may switch us from Blue Cross PPO insurance to Flexible Blue. It has a much higher deductible. Does anyone know anything else about it? Will we be limited on how often to see the doc etc.? I'm not finding much info on it and would appreciate anyone's experiences/feelings about it. thanks

Re: anyone know anything about Flexible Blue thru Blue Cross?

Thanks for the reply. The deductible will either be 1500 for individual/3000 for family or $2000 for individual and $4000 for family. Yikes! It says that doctors office visits are covered 100% after deductible, but in another place it says something like "doctor's visits...2 visits per year covered." I do have chronic health problems, so I need to see the doc more than twice a year. I have one primary doc and 3 different specialists I need to keep in touch with. I wondered if maybe it meant that they will cover 2 visits per year even before you reach the deductibe, but I don't know.
