hepatitis b antibody titer

i ve completed 3 doses of vaccination against hapa b viruse ,but my antibody titer after one month was -ve , again i ve taken another 2 doses of hepa vaccine but still the titer -ve , what s my situation now? what should i do ?and why is that?

Hi,
Do you work in healthcare or are you at risk for Hep B (sexually active with multiple partners, etc?)
For some reason, some people don't develop measurable antibodies. I've heard of people who get the vaccine over and over but don't develop measurable antibodies.
Hopefully you've developed antibodies, just not enough to measure, so if you were ever exposed, your immune system would still "remember" what to do to protect you.

I don't think there is anything you can do to get your antibody level up except repeating the vaccine series, if your doctor thinks that's a good idea...
