10 wks pregnant w/polymyositis & high cpk level

Would love to find someone with some ideas for me!

A little background on me:

39yr old
10 wks pregnant
diagnosed with polymyositis and started high dose prednisone in January, with immediate relief.
Jo-1 Positive
ANA Postive - 1:320

* Just had my monthly cpk test and it has risen to 970. From Jan-April it stuck in the 90's. When I had my April test, my cpk rose a bit to 125 and my sed rate went from the 20's to the 50's. The doctor said not to test sed rate, as that was unreliable and just scaring me - so we just did the cpk this time. But it is now up to 970.

Anyone know what this might mean? I don't feel like I did when my cpk levels were this high, before the prednisone. I don't have any pain or soreness, nor am I that tired. I really can't believe the level is where it is! The only thing I could possible say is that my hands/wrists/fingers are a bit "bloated" feeling - but even that - I would not even bring up had I not known that I have polymyositis and high blood work...it's nothing that I think about.

I'm obviously nervous about what this means for my pregnancy.

Anyone have any ideas??

Thanks!
