If you have never had the diseases, and not had the vaccine twice yet, you should get it. All 3 diseases are more dangerous in adults, and, thanks to the hordes of unvaccinated children running around, they are common in the UK again.

In particular, if you caught rubella while pregnant, there's a high chance you'd miscarry or deliver a child with birth defects.
