The two most common forms of genital warts, yes.

There are other less common types it does not protect against.

Gardasil protects against four types of the human papilloma virus - two types (16 & 18) that cause 70% of cervical cancer and two more (6 & 11) that cause 90% of genital warts. It is the only vaccine that protects against all four types. You need all three vaccinations, spaced over six months, to have full immunity.
