ok i fell out at work on 07/28/08 and i went to the hospital and had a cat scan they put on my paper i had a seizure but there not neurologist and they did not diagnose me with any thing but i was put on seizure medication by the ER doctor( i had not health isurance during this period)
and on
12/12/2008 i had gotten health insurance through my employer blue cross of Mississippi and my general doctor referred me to a neurologist and we wanted me to get an mri and a eeg i got the eeg but could not get the mri because of a massive deductible
but now on
07/12/09 i got blue cross on tn through my new employer and my old coverage ended on 07/01/09 now i got an mri and went to my neurologist on 07/29/09 again and he said i do have epilepsy but could they deny my claims do to a preexisting condition
