Hospital Specialist Copay

Can someone help me? My daughter was seen for a hearing test at our local hospital. She has been seen previously by other specialists here for our normal specialist copayment. Now that we have Aetna insurance they are hitting us with the hospital deductable plus covering it at 80%, over $300 when our specialist copayment is $25.

Do I have a chance if I appeal it? Our doctor referred us there, our insurance needs no referrals. I have talked with the hospital who says they used the correct insurance codes, and insurance is saying with the codes they received this is our responsibility to pay it.

Thank You
