Tattoo and drug screening

I have 5 weeks left of a Surgical Technologist program. I am scheduled to have a physical and drug screening next week for our clinicals. I got a tattoo a month ago and one of my classmates informed me that my tattoo may alter my drug screening. Does anyone know anything about this? I would appreciate any info.!

That is not likely. They know what to look for and tattoo ink isn't going to raise any red flags.

thank you for your response. I actually had my physical and drug screening and nothing was said so I'm assuming it came out clear!
